Phillips County Ambulance
Montana Healthcare Consultants Inc. has been providing services for our Ambulance service for the last 3 years. They provide billing service as well as a number of other services including collection, training, trip report revisions, and more. The MHC staff are knowledgeable and up to date on all billing issues and work with our service to keep compliant. They are easy to work with and always willing to help. We have never had a problem that they weren't able to help us solve. Our accounts receivable over the past 5 years (the last 3 with MHC) has increased 120%. This has had a tremendous impact on our service and it's ability to remain self-supporting. Our service does not receive tax support, therefore we rely heavily on our billing and payment from Medicaid/Medicare and other insurances or private pay. They work hard for our service and we appreciate the friendliness and their willingness to help in any way they can.
